The Department of Gerontology at Balıkesir University's Faculty of Health Sciences, in collaboration with the 60+ Refreshment University, organized an event on the topic of "Sustainable and Age-Friendly Environments in Aging Societies." Dr. Aslı Gözde Akış, Assistant Professor, participated as a speaker, addressing the importance of age-friendly environments, sustainable living spaces, and environmental regulations for aging societies. The event, held in Classroom 103 of the Necatibey Faculty of Education, was attended by students from the Department of Gerontology and the 60+ Refreshment University.
